The permit process for building an inground pool can be tricky, especially in places like Clark County where you’ll need permit for building as well as a separate permit for plumbing and electrical work. There are no specific laws and regulations in regards to required perimeter fencing which must surround the swimming pool except for Clark County (Las Vegas) which requires a 6 ft perimeter fence.
